At Elegancia Fina, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Shipping Information

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Elegancia Fina does not ship orders to post office boxes. However, we are able to accept P.O. box addresses for billing purposes only.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unworn, undamaged jewelry items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unused, and unaltered)

  • In its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity, tags, boxes, or pouches

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Return Process

To ensure a smooth and efficient return experience, please follow the steps below:

1. Ship Your Return

Customers are responsible for:

  • Purchasing and printing their own return shipping label

  • All return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

2. Package Your Return Securely

All items must be returned in original packaging, including any certificates, tags, boxes, and protective materials. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
