At Elegancia Fina, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, we offer a limited warranty on all jewelry purchases. This warranty is already included in the product cost—no additional fee is required.
Warranty Coverage
Engagement rings, eternity bands, and wedding bands are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
All other jewelry items are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, everyday wear.
Included Services
Diamond Jewelry:
All diamond jewelry is eligible for stone replacement within the 3-month warranty period if the loss is due to a manufacturing defect.
Rings Covered Under the 6-Month Warranty:
Engagement rings, eternity bands, and wedding bands include the following additional services:
- Stone replacement due to manufacturing defects
- One-time complimentary ring resizing during the warranty period
What the Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Loose or faulty prongs, clasps, or settings
- Manufacturing-related stone loss (for diamond jewelry)
- One complimentary resizing (for eligible rings under 6-month coverage)
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear, including tarnishing, scratches, or bent bands
- Loss or theft of the item
- Exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme conditions
- Additional resizing or alterations beyond the one-time complimentary service
How to Request Warranty Service
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at support@eleganciafina.com and include the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and assist with the appropriate next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or resizing, based on the warranty terms.
